These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the VOXLABS website, buy tickets or use other features of VOX PASS, or engage VOXLABS to design and build software. By using our services you agree to these terms.

“VOXLABS”, “we”, and “us” refer to VOXLABS, located at Jl. Kertanegara No. 94, Singosari, Malang, East Java, Indonesia. “You” refers to anyone who visits our website, buys a ticket, organizes an event, or becomes a client.

VOXLABS provides:

• VOX PASS — an event platform for ticket sales, e-tickets, QR check-in, and organizer reporting.
• Software development — custom operational systems, customer platforms, integrations, and internal tools built for a specific client.

Software projects are governed by a written proposal or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the signed proposal or agreement applies.

You must give accurate information when you buy a ticket, create an account, or contact us—especially your name, email address, and phone number, because that is where tickets and order updates are sent.

You are responsible for keeping your login details and e-tickets safe. Tell us straight away if you believe your account or ticket has been used without permission.

• Organizer responsibility. Each event is run by its organizer. The organizer is responsible for the event itself—line-up, venue, schedule, age limits, entry rules, and safety. VOXLABS provides the ticketing and check-in platform.
• Prices. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any service or payment fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Order confirmation. An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds. Your e-ticket is then sent to the email address you entered. Unpaid orders expire after the time shown at checkout.
• One scan per ticket. Each QR code admits one person once. Whoever presents the code first is admitted, so do not post or share your ticket publicly. We are not responsible for tickets that are copied, shared, or lost after delivery.
• Entry checks. Organizers may ask for identification that matches the ticket and may refuse entry to anyone who breaks the event rules.
• Resale. Reselling tickets above face value or through unofficial channels may be prohibited by the organizer. Tickets found to be fraudulent or duplicated may be cancelled without refund.

Refunds for tickets are covered by our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. VOXLABS does not store your full card details. The payment methods available are shown at checkout and may differ per event.

If a payment is charged but your order is not confirmed, contact us with your order ID and proof of payment. We will either issue your ticket or arrange a refund.

• Scope and price. Scope, timeline, price, and payment schedule are set out in a written proposal that both parties accept before work starts.
• Payment schedule. Projects normally begin with a down payment, followed by payments at agreed milestones. Work may be paused if an invoice is overdue.
• Changes. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and start only after you approve them.
• Ownership. Unless the agreement says otherwise, ownership of the custom work we create for you transfers to you once the project is paid in full. We keep the right to reuse our general tools, libraries, and know-how that are not specific to your business.
• Confidentiality. We treat your business information and data as confidential and use it only to deliver the project.

When using our website or VOX PASS, you agree not to:

• break any law or use our services for fraud;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours;
• copy, forge, or mass-purchase tickets using bots or automated tools;
• disrupt the service, overload it, or introduce malicious code.

We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that break these rules.

The VOXLABS and VOX PASS names, logos, website, and platform software belong to VOXLABS. Event names, artwork, and logos belong to their organizers. You may not use them without permission, except as needed to use our services normally.

We collect only the personal data needed to provide our services—such as your name, email, phone number, order details, and check-in records—and process it in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).

• Ticket buyers’ data is shared with the organizer of the event you bought a ticket for, so they can run entry and contact you about the event.
• Payment data is handled by our payment providers.
• We do not sell your personal data.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing voxlabs.id@gmail.com.

We work to keep our services available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, VOXLABS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by the organizer’s event, a third-party payment provider, or events outside our reasonable control.

For ticket purchases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. For software projects, liability is set out in the project agreement.

Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, epidemics, widespread network outages, or civil unrest.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Purchases and projects are governed by the version in effect when they were made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through discussion. If that fails, the dispute will be settled by the district court with jurisdiction over our business address.
