VOX PASS in the field

Built at the gate, not in a meeting room.

Check-in desks, queues, merch stands, and the crew behind them. This is where our ticketing gets tested for real.

Company websites · Woodyork

A portfolio that sells the space before the first meeting.

Woodyork is an interior design and custom furniture studio from Malang. We built their company website: a cinematic homepage, their story with video, a project portfolio filtered by commercial and residential work, and detailed project pages—each ending in a WhatsApp enquiry.

What we build

Three kinds of software, one way of working.

Operational systems

Replace fragile spreadsheets and disconnected processes with one system your team can rely on. Inventory, approvals, procurement, reporting, and the workflows specific to your operation.

Customer platforms

Create a clearer way for customers to buy, book, pay, track, or get support. We build the product, the operational dashboard behind it, and the integrations that keep it running.

Custom software

When existing products almost fit—but the missing part is the part that matters—we build around the way your business actually works.

Also: websites, mobile apps, dashboards, integrations, and IT support.

If it can be done with software, we can scope it.

How we work

Small releases, close to the work.

  1. 01

    Understand the workflow

We speak with the people doing the work, map the real process, and identify where time, information, and accountability get lost.

  2. 02

    Define the smallest useful release

We choose the first version that solves a meaningful problem. No oversized roadmap and no six-month wait before anyone can use it.

  3. 03

    Build and test with users

We work in short releases, review real screens and workflows, and test with the people who will use the product every day.

  4. 04

    Improve from real usage

Launch is the start of the feedback loop. We monitor what works, fix what slows people down, and expand only where it creates value.

Why VOXLABS

We built internal software before we sold it.

VOXLABS began with a team building systems for its own operations. We had to sit beside the people using them, answer when the numbers were wrong, and keep improving the product after launch.

That experience still shapes how we work:

  • 01We ask how the work actually happens.
  • 02We release useful software early.
  • 03We avoid features that add complexity without value.
  • 04We stay accountable after the system goes live.
